Eat The Dishes has developed a semi-automated Bread Cup Baking Machine (patent pending).
We are currently seeking interested parties who would like to incorporate our Bread Cup Baking Machines into their food establishment(s) as a way to tackle waste in the food industry and give their customers an experience unlike any other!

Eat The Dishes - Marissa Bergeron
Hi! I’m Marissa Bergeron, founder of Eat the Dishes. For 8 years I worked for an international airline and sampled street food in all 5 continents. Unfortunately, the common theme was one I could no longer stomach: waste. I felt guilty throwing plastic, styrofoam, and cardboard away only minutes after it was handed to me. Something had to change. Eat the Dishes was created to showcase that street food can be high flavour, yet low waste. Just like the name indicates, you can even eat the dish! Come visit us and try for yourself!
